The Grid is available but I do not have power. What do I do?

SHYFT has an in-built protection mechanism that validates the grid supply against a voltage tolerance range (170V - 250V). Outside of this range, SHYFT will not supply power. This design provides a measure of protection to your electrical appliances, as well as internal SHYFT components, to enable long-term operation.

Typically, the grid voltage improves to an acceptable range or resolves within a few hours by the Power Distribution Company without external intervention. If you experience this consistently for more than 6hrs, please raise a ticket with SHYFT Support and provide details of your observation since the incident occurred.

The following images display how your SHYFT STS looks when the grid supply is normal and abnormal.
