How does Auto-Disconnect work?

Auto-Disconnect functionality in FlexView is based on whether a meter account is in good standing or outstanding. A meter will auto-disconnect if the meter account is outstanding. A meter account is outstanding if there are past due fees or if the meter's energy credit falls below the minimum credit balance. When a payment is made to bring that meter account back into good standing, the meter will then automatically reconnect to power.

Enabling auto-disconnect for a property activates auto-disconnect for all meters within that property with the exception of those that have Manager Override enabled.
