How to Use Energy Credit Balance for Fee Payments

With the right steps, managing payment fees can be simple and cost-effective. This guide explains how users can avoid processor fee deductions when making payments for fees on the FlexView Mobile App.

1. Use Energy Credit Balance for Fee Payments

The processor fee is charged only when users credit the main meter account through the Energy Credit option under the What would you like to pay for? page. However, users can avoid this fee by using their energy credit balance to pay fees. Follow these steps:

1. Open the FlexView Mobile App and navigate to the SET-UP page.
2. Select Community Fees under the What would you like to pay for? option.
3. When prompted with How would you want to pay?, choose Energy Credit Balance.
4. Confirm your transaction.

This option deducts fees directly from the energy credit balance, eliminating the need to pay processor fees.

2. Activate Auto-Pay for Fees

Auto-Pay is a convenient feature that ensures fees are automatically deducted from the energy credit balance without incurring processor fees. Here's how to enable Auto-Pay:

1. Open the FlexView Mobile App.
2. Go to the left pane menu and select Auto-Pay.
3. Enable the Auto-Pay for Fees toggle.
