How to Reconcile Payments Using the New Payouts Feature on FlexView

At SHYFT Power Solutions, we understand how important it is for our customers to easily reconcile their accounts and track payment transactions. To address feedback, we have updated the FlexView dashboard to help you better understand the remittances sent by our payment service partners.

Our system processes remittances every 24 hours, and these remittances are now easier to track with the new "Payouts" feature.

1. Access the Transactions Pane

• Navigate to the Transactions pane within your FlexView dashboard.

 

2. New Tab Structure

• You’ll notice an updated interface with three tabs, where previously only two existed. These are:
  1. Transaction Summary
  2. Detailed Transactions
  3. Payouts (New)

 

3. Access the Payouts Tab

• Click on the Payouts tab to access a list of all daily remittances made to your account. Here, you can see a detailed summary of each payout batch, along with the date of the transaction.

 

4. View Specific Transactions

• To see the specific transactions that make up a payout, simply select a particular payout from the list.

• Once selected, you’ll be able to see all the transactions that were included in that payout, along with key details such as:
  • Customer details
  • Unit names
  • Amount processed

 

5. Exporting Data

• If you need to keep a record of these details, you can export the entire table as a CSV file for easier reconciliation.
