A meter may be disconnected from power if the power manager configures settings that may impact when and how the meter gets disconnected from power. A meter may be disconnected for the following reasons:
- Meter account is outstanding. This means a resident has past due balances and may need to make payment of past due balances in full to get the meter reconnected.
- Power manager has disconnected the meter for alternative reasons.
- There is an issue with your meter account.
If a meter is disconnected, the Resident should first contact the power manager who is able to take the next set of troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
