Payment Options

Payment with a Card

This is one of the most common payment options used for payments. Residents should have important card details (Card number, CVV, and Card pin) in hand to avoid a transaction failure. Note that bank cards accepted are MasterCards and Visa Cards which have 3DS security.

Payment via the Bank

This payment option allows customers to use one of their bank accounts if it is one of those authorized by Paystack to make a direct debit to the customer’s account. The bank accounts currently available on Paystack for this payment options are ALAT by Wema, GTB, Kuda Bank, Sterling Bank, and UBA. If a customer does not have an account with any of these banks then you are advised to use the Card, Transfer, or USSD option for payments. Most banks have a token requirement to complete the transaction. Customers should have a means of generating a token handy when attempting payments to avoid failed transactions. If a hardware token is not available, USSD could be an alternative means of generating a token.

Payment using Transfer

This payment option is suitable for customers who can make transfers via their mobile banking app and can make the transfer within 30 mins of requesting the payment option on FlexView.

Important Note:  Paystack dynamically updates the bank account number to which the payment should be made. For this reason, it’s important that users do not save any Paystack account number without requesting the transaction via FlexView as the payment made could get lost without reflecting in their FlexView account.

Payment via USSD

To make a payment via USSD, the customer needs to have an account with GTB, Sterling Bank or Zenith Bank. The customer should have set up USSD payment with the registered mobile number and should be using the same phone to initiate the payment via FlexView to avoid errors while processing the payment.

The Web payment portal is powered by the Flutterwave payment platform. To access the payment portal, Residents can use the same login details used on the Mobile App.
